It all started with a swipe right. Back in college, Gianna was a wide-eyed freshman and Collin was a confident junior on the baseball team. Neither of us expected much when we matched on Tinder. Maybe for Gianna a few invites to the baseball parties! From our very first conversation, something just clicked. What began as a simple swipe quickly became something so much bigger. Soon after meeting, life had other plans, and we started what would become three and a half years of long-distance love. Gianna in New City Ny and Collin in Whitesboro Ny meant countless drives, late-night FaceTime calls, weekend visits, and learning how to build a relationship across the miles. It wasn’t always easy, but every mile was worth it. Through college, distance, and everything in between, we grew together — stronger, closer, and more certain that we had found our forever. After too many tanks of gas later, we finally closed the distance for good. We bought a house and built a home that feels perfectly “us.” And to make our little family complete, we adopted our sweet dog, Willa — the best decision we’ve ever made (besides swiping right). Now, after all the miles, all the weekends apart, all the paint samples, and all the laughter in between, we finally get to start the next chapter side by side.
