Will there be an event on Saturday, May 25th?

Answer

Yes, we will be having drinks and chatting at the Best Western event room starting around 7:30pm. Feel free to stop by and chat with the entire wedding party and other guests who are in town early.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says your name and plus one, you are more than welcome to bring a date. If it does not, and you really would like to bring your significant other, please reach out to Heather or Gianca before bringing them along.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The wedding will start at 5:30pm so please try to be there around 5:15pm so that we can ensure everyone is seated and ready to go.

Is there transportation to/from the hotel to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided to/from the ceremony/reception because the hotels are within 1 mile of the venue. Happy to help get you a Lyft or Uber or coordinate a ride with another party goer!

Yes, there is free parking.

Is there a dress code?

Semi-Formal (suits and dresses) wear is requested for the wedding and reception. No jeans.

Beer and Wine will be provided. There is a full bar available for hard alcohol purchases.

5:30pm- Ceremony Begins; 6:00pm- Ceremony Ends; 6:00-6:35/40- Wedding Party Photos + Drinks & Activities for Guests; 6:50pm- Wedding party intro/couple entrance ; 7:00pm Dinner ; 7:15pm- Sunset Photo Session for Bride & Groom; 7:40pm- Toasts ; 7:55pm- First dance ; 8:00pm Special Dances ; 8:15pm Garter and Bouquet Toss ; 8:25/30- Cake Cutting ; 11:00pm Sparkler Send-Off... but we will return 😉 ; 12:00pm Reception Ends
