Isabela is located on the west side of the island (2 hr drive from San Juan). To make your trip easier, we recommend flying into Aguadilla (BQN) because it's must closer to the wedding festivities There's only 1 nonstop round trip flight from Newark (United) & 1 nonstop roundtrip flight from JFK (Jet Blue) SO BOOK ASAP!

If you're flying into San Juan (SJU) you will definitely have more options, but keep in mind it's a 2 hour drive to Isabela. We highly suggest arriving early or extending your trip a few extra days to explore the vibrant city of San Juan & Old San Juan, if you decide to go this route. It's a perfect excuse to soak up Puerto Rico's charm

Lair of the Octopus
10 min. from the airport The Lair of the Octopus is our go to spot every time we visit. It's truly so special to us. Monika, Nate and their 2 daughters are incredible hosts and create an amazing experience. The property has 8 units that are beautiful and unique in their own way. They have a cafe and boutique shop ran by the girls and Monika hosts paint & sip classes on the rooftop terrace at night. If you need any sort of rental for the day.. they got it! If you choose to stay here you'll need to rent a car as it's essential to get to and from the weekend festivities
