Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing a shuttle service between the hotel and the venue. Ahead of the ceremony, there will be a shuttle to Quail Ridge leaving at 4:30 PM. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to the hotel.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at a hotel?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at the Courtyard by Marriot in Delray Beach. Please book your stay to guarantee a room in our block. Use the link under the travel & lodging page to book your stay, or mention Giacchino/Billisi wedding when booking over the phone to receive our reduced rate.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, we please request that guests wear formal attire.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Our space is limited and we are unable to have anyone that is not stated on the invitation or listed in the RSVP.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. There is parking available, however, we suggest and encourage guests to use the transportation that we will be providing.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors on the green. Cocktail hour will be held outside under a covered area with fans, and the reception will follow indoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night out!

Am I allowed to take photos during your ceremony?

Answer

To allow everyone to be fully present and for our photographer to capture the moment, we ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony.
