Our Story
Trace and I met during the spring of our freshman year on a coke date, when new members of sororities and fraternities go on a fun date to meet each other. We had a great time, but didn’t become close friends until the fall of our sophomore year. After about a year of friendship, Trace finally gained the courage to ask me on a date, praise God he did!
Over the next year, we spent time growing and learning to love one another, creating memories and sharing experiences. We knew early on that one day we would be married! We patiently waited for that day that would be our reality.
Trace proposed on November 22nd, 2025 at Whitaker Point in Arkansas. What I thought was a camping trip became a surprise proposal and engagement party with friends and family.
Since then, we’ve been learning what a biblical marriage looks like, how to serve one another, and doing lots of planning!
