What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your kids! However, we want our wedding to be your night off! Due to capacity, our wedding and reception are adult-only. Only the children named on the formal invitation can be accommodated. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We will do our best to accommodate all plus ones. The formal wedding invitations and online RSVP section of this website will specify whether you have a plus one. We’d love to see your plus ones, and we’re excited to celebrate with everyone! Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that you silence all devices and refrain from taking personal photos/vidoes with phones or tablets until after the ceremony as professional photos/videos will be taken. There will be an announcement when it’s time for personal photos. Thank you for your understanding! Photos during cocktail hour and the reception are more than welcome!

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Our venue does not offer free parking. However, we have convenient parking options available at the lot right by the front entrance of the hotel. The rates are as follows: Self-Parking for Day Guests: $5 per day Self-Parking for Overnight Guests: $15 per night We also recommend carpooling or ubering if you live nearby. If you have any issues or concerns, please let us know how we can help.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the Terrace Grounds, and the reception will take place inside Garden Marquee. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved indoors.

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms for our guests. Details and booking information can be found on the 'Hotel & Travel' tab of this website. Please use the provided link to reserve your room at our venue's hotel, or feel free to book accommodations with another hotel if you wish to stay overnight.
