Cocktail Hour & Hors d'oeuvres 5:00 p.m. A selection of light bites, including halal wagyu beef koobideh sliders and lamb chops, Persian tea, a curated selection of wines, and craft cocktails. Dinner 6:00 p.m. A family-style halal dinner will be presented, including wood-fired skewers of wagyu beef koobideh & barg, saffron chicken, vegan khoresh, and a variety of traditional Persian side dishes, all organic, grass-fed, and prepared without seed oils. Cake Cutting & Knife Dance 7:30 p.m. Raghseh Chagoo — the traditional Persian knife dance before cake, followed by an indulgent flambé dessert. Reception 8:00 p.m. Dancing, an elevated open bar, bespoke photo booth, and surprises throughout the night. Grand Send-Off 11:00 p.m.
