Things To Do

We are both so proud to be from the Dayton area and are so excited to share some of our favorite parts of this amazing city with you. Dayton has some incredible history and lots to explore. Have fun and stay warm!

Ice Skating at Riverscape MetroPark

812 South Patterson Boulevard, Dayton, OH 45402

The pavillion at Riverscape MetroPark turns into an ice skating rink each winter and it's so much fun! Hot chocolate and snacks are sold at concessions.

Rike's Holiday Window Display in the Schuster Center

1 West 2nd Street, Dayton, OH 45402

Rike's was a high-end department store located in Downtown Dayton that opened in 1912 and closed in 1999. The vintage holiday window displays that were once in the Rike's storefront are set up inside Dayton's performing arts center - the Schuster Center, each holiday season for people to view for free.

National Museum of the US Air Force

1100 Spaatz Street, Dayton, OH 45433

If you're interested in checking out a museum, the Air Force Museum in Dayton is very popular! The museum has free admission and parking, so this is a nice affordable spot to spend the afternoon!

The Oregon District

524 East 5th Street, Dayton, OH 45402

The Oregon District is full of fun bars and restaurants, as well as some small businesses to shop around. Our favorite spot in the Oregon District is Trolley Stop!

Winans Coffee & Chocolate

221 North Patterson Boulevard, Dayton, OH 45402

This is Brenna's favorite coffee shop, right across from Riverscape Metropark, where she worked as a musician for 7 years! During this time of year, this part of Dayton is always covered in Christmas lights that go along with music if you tune in to the radio station (station number advertised on nearby signs).

Marion's Piazza

50 East Stroop Road, Dayton, OH 45429

This is Seth's favorite pizza spot and a Dayton classic!
