When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 8, 2026, to help us finalize our wedding plans and ensure we can accommodate all of our cherished guests.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20 minutes before the ceremony begins, where you'll be warmly welcomed with a celebratory glass of champagne.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

A wedding block will be available at Bear Creek Mountain Resort’s Hotel and at the Homewood Inn and Suites. Informations for the hotels can be found in the travel section of the website.

When does the room block rate expire?

Answer

Our room block rate is available until July 8th, 2026. We recommend booking early to secure this special pricing for our wedding guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are conveniently located right on-site at Bear Creek Mountain Resort, so guests staying at the resort's hotel will have easy access. For those staying at Homewood Inn and Suites there will be no transportation provided.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is formal attire. We recommend a suit and floor-length dress or gown.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We want to ensure your comfort and safety. Please indicate any food allergies on your RSVP, and our catering team will be happy to make appropriate accommodations for you.

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request an adults-only celebration. If you need childcare assistance, please contact the bride who can provide babysitter recommendations.

Unfortunately our space is limited - only those addressed on the invitation are invited.
