02.11.15 Shortly after graduating from Stroudsburg High School, Josh relocated to the Lehigh Valley. After seeking different jobs, Josh quickly decided to accept a serving position at a local restaurant. Ironically, Megan was hired at the same restaurant just a few days later. Following some shameless flirting, months of date nights, and getting to know each other better, Josh and Megan became more invested in their relationship than they anticipated. Megan had just graduated from Catasauqua High School, and had her eyes set on beginning nursing school at Penn State at the end of that summer. Neither her, or Josh, were sure about how this would affect their new relationship. However, they decided to take a risk, and commit to the challenges that come with a long distance relationship. They knew that if what they had was truly strong, their relationship would survive those challenges. They both agree that it was definitely a risk worth taking.

06.09.19 In early 2019, Josh and Megan planned a trip to Mexico to celebrate their four year anniversary. Josh had been thinking of popping the question, but he realized this trip was the perfect time to finally ask Megan to be his wife. He began planning the proposal for their trip. If you know Josh & Megan, you know they don't have the greatest luck. Of course, this proposal was no exception to their bad luck, and Josh had to jump through every hoop to make sure things went on smoothly. Between hiding the ring through TSA, canceling a photographer, changing dinner reservations, and running a mile in 98 degree heat, Josh and Megan finally sat down for their anniversary dinner. After ordering dessert and a bottle of champagne, Josh asked Megan to toast to the four years they've spent loving each other. Megan had no idea they were actually toasting to their future as husband and wife. Josh got down on one knee in the restaurant, and asked Megan if he could have the honor of loving her forever. The rest is obvious. Josh & Megan can't wait for you to join them as they officially become Mr. & Mrs. Smith!
