Brandy and Michael’s story began at Hampton University in Hampton, VA. In 2017, Brandy and Michael had an Engineering class together and both participated in the same extra-curricular activity group. One day, while participating in the group, Michael approached Brandy regarding a question about the class they had together to initiate conversation. Throughout the rest of the semester they became great friends, and even knew they both liked each other. However, they went their separate ways and remained cordial. One year later, Michael decided to reach out to Brandy to rekindle their friendship. Michael invited Brandy to lunch, and after much conversation, he was very straightforward regarding his intentions; he asked Brandy to be his girlfriend that very day! From there, the rest was history!
