Things To Do
Downtown Alpharetta
This is a great place to chill and grab a meal. There are so many cute boutiques, a farmers market on Saturdays, and amazing restaurants. We recommend Valor Coffee shop if you need a coffee break and stop by the record shop (Braden's favorite!) ! Some of our favorite restaurants are Ceviche, Never Enough Thyme, Jekyll Brewery, and Chiringa.
Avalon
Avalon is a shopping center and just all around fun place to be! Grab lunch, get your shop on, and even enjoy some Jeni's ice cream! Our favorite restaurant in Avalon is Superica.
The Battery at Truist Park
As Braves fans, we obviously recommend you pay a visit to Truist Park! While they will not be playing at home during our wedding weekend, you could grab a bite to eat and cheer for the Braves at any of the restaurants surrounding their stadium to cheer them on. Chop on!
Wills Park
This is our favorite place to walk in the Alpharetta area, if you're feeling like you'd want to take a walk and get active during wedding weekend!
Ponce City Market
Ponce City Market is the place to go if you want a little bit of everything. Go on a walk on the belt line, shop in the local stores, and grab a bite to eat at the food court. Ponce is further into Atlanta then our other recommendations and is a great place to go if you haven't visited before.
Georgia Aquarium
The Georgia Aquarium is a must see for Atlanta first timers. Although it's a little further out from Alpharetta, the whale sharks are a must see. If you haven't been, definitely put it on your list!
