Things To Do

A few things to do for our out of town guests:
Corn Maze in The Plains

Corn Maze in The Plains

4501 Old Tavern Road, The Plains, VA 20198
, (540) 456-7339

Since we are having a fall wedding the corn maze/ pumpkin patch will be open!

Cox Farms

Cox Farms

15621 Braddock Road, Centreville, VA 20120
, (703) 830-4121

Another fall activity!

Great Falls Park

Great Falls Park

9200 Old Dominion Drive, McLean, VA 22102
, (703) 757-3101

Great Falls Park has amazing views of the waterfalls all throughout the trail as well as picnic areas all over the park!

Manassas National Battlefield Park

Manassas National Battlefield Park

6511 Sudley Road, Old Town Manassas, VA 20109
, (703) 361-1339

If you love history: take a walk through the Manassas Battlefields!

National Harbor

National Harbor

Fort Washington, MD 20745

Enjoy some time at the National Harbor while shopping and eating along the water. Make sure you take a ride on the Capital Wheel. They often play movies right by the water (great date night/ family night idea). The National Harbor also has the MGM casino!

Shenandoah National Park, Front Royal Entrance Station

Shenandoah National Park, Front Royal Entrance Station

17157 Skyline Drive, Front Royal, VA 22630
, (540) 999-3500

Go hiking or drive the famous Shenandoah Skyline drive. Our favorite hike is "Old Rag". But fair warning it's not easy! Lots of rock climbing (literally) and you'll be sore for days! But the view is so worth it! Last time I went I reached over 25,000+ steps on my Fitbit. There are plenty of other hikes from shorter and moderate to long and difficult.

Washington

Washington

Washington, DC

For all our out of town guests, DC is always worth the trip! Check out Farmers Fishers Bakers in Georgetown for a nice place to eat.

2 Silos Brewing Company

2 Silos Brewing Company

9925 Discovery Boulevard, Old Town Manassas, VA 20109
, (703) 420-2264

The perfect place nearby to have a drink, good food and to listen to live music!

For all the days along the way
