Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP on our website or via the QR code on your invitation no later than August 31st. If you need help RSVP'ing, please let us know.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We kindly ask that no children under the age of 10 attend the ceremony or reception. We hope that you enjoy the night off!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:15 PM. Please arrive no later than 4:00 PM. If you arrive after 4:15 PM, you will not be allowed into the ceremony and will be directed to the cocktail room.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you are allotted a +1, this will be detailed on your invitation. If the invitation is not addressed to yourself and your +1, please do not bring a guest. The seating chart is strict and the food will be served at your seat, so it is important that only those listed and RSVP'd for attend.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know with your RSVP so that we can notify the hotel staff and the kitchen.

What kind of drinks will be available?

Answer

Please prepare ahead for a cash bar. Every guest will receive two drink tickets good for beer, wine, or soda. Once your tickets are used, you will be responsible for your own beverages. Hard liquor is NOT included with your drink ticket and will be the responsibility of the guest. Both cash AND card are accepted. One specialty cocktail will be provided to each guest who is 21+. This cocktail will be complimentary. If you would prefer a mocktail, please notify us with your RSVP so that we can notify the hotel. We will automatically be assigning a mocktail to those we know are below the age of 21. There will be complimentary water, coffee, and tea service throughout the evening.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Davenport offers valet parking. We recommend this option for the safety of your vehicle. However, there is street parking in Spokane. Street parking is metered.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, our dress code is black tie optional. Please refer to the tab on our website titled "Dress Code" for more information and references.

Are you registered?

Answer

Your presence on our special day is more than enough. However, a monetary gift is always appreciated as we begin this new chapter of our lives. Please see the "Registry" tab to be able to give online. Or, a card box will be present on the day of the wedding.
