Question

Is the wedding still on?

Answer

Yes! We have had to make some changes to the reception venue location as well as the guest count. We are now having a larger outdoor ceremony to accommodate ALL of our guest and we are having two smaller, separate “receptions.” Please keep an eye out for a formal invitation in the mail and RSVP accordingly. We truly appreciate all of the support we have received from our family and friends as we try to navigate these changes day by day. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

Do we need to bring Identification?

Answer

This is not required as we unfortunately had to cut everyone under the age of 21 from the guest list due to COVID gathering restrictions.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Answer

Our ceremony at Best View Barn will be entirely outside, therefore guests are not required to wear masks. In the event that it rains, we will have tents on standby or we will move the ceremony inside and masks will be at the discretion of the venue coordinator. Please have one handy just in case. — Obviously, any and all guests that wish to wear a mask continuously for their own safety are free to do so at any time.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Due to the never ending changes with COVID we ask that you RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation. If you are unable to, please just ensure that your RSVP (either online, or over the phone) is received no later than Saturday, August 22nd, 2020.

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

Your RSVP card included with the invitation indicates how many seats have been reserved for you. Due to restrictions with COVID, not every guest received a “plus 1.”

Is my child invited?

Answer

Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions in our state we have had to drastically modify our guest list which includes removing all children and guests under 21 years of age from the receptions. They are welcome to attend the ceremony please just reach out to the bride or groom so we can account for them in the final numbers.
