Is there a dress code?

Yes! We recommend a cocktail dress for the ladies & a suit & tie or sports coat for the gents. Thank you!

Do I have a plus one?

Answer

When you receive your formal wedding invitation there will be a card to indicate if you have a plus one or not.

Am I invited to rehearsal dinner? Can I bring my plus one?

Answer

Those invited to attend Rehearsal Dinner will receive an additional RSVP within their formal wedding invitations. Your plus one is invited too!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! When you receive your formal wedding invitation please indicate any dietary restrictions in the space allotted.

Is there parking for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Yes, & these events will happen within the same space at Ace Hotel. Regular Hotel Valet is $4/hour or $28/overnight in & out as much as you would like! The Pay to Park Lot behind & to the left of Ace Hotel is $1/hour 8am - 10pm Monday through Saturday, Free Sundays. There will also be plenty of street parking available at $1.50/hour 8am - 6pm Monday through Saturday, Free Sundays as well.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Please book your lodging within our room block at Ace Hotel Pittsburgh or Hotel Indigo. Booking details can be found by navigating to the TRAVEL tab on our wedding website. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

For those who will not be staying at Ace Hotel, please be sure to give yourself ample time to get to the hotel itself, park, and make your way inside. We ask that all guests be ready to enter the second floor Ballroom of Ace Hotel by 4:00 p.m. sharp.
