When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 1st, 2023.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Once you receive your invitation, please fill out the RSVP postcard before May 1st. You should include the full name of all guests in attendance. We also have indicated how many seats are reserved for you, so please indicate how many are accepting or rejecting, as well as if you will be taking the shuttle. Then just mail it back, our address and a stamp will already be on there!

Can I take and post pictures on social media?

Answer

For the duration of our ceremony there is to be no photography or video other than by our photographer. For cocktail hour and the reception we highly encourage plenty of photos and videos. We also ask that you share them on social media using our hashtag #GettingFitched2023

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Based on our wedding's location and for the comfort of all guests, our ceremony and reception are all 18+ only.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. This could mean gowns, dresses, sundresses, skirts and blouses, or tuxes, suits, or dress pants and a button up shirt. We also are requesting guests to wear a bright, fun color if possible, but please no white.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have all information in regards to hotels posted on the “Travel” tab of the website. We have blocks reserved at the Hyatt Place and DoubleTree on Racetrack Road in Washington, PA.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles from the hotel to the wedding and back. The shuttle specifics and times are under the "Travel" tab under Shuttles.

I have a food allergy/restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please notify us of any allergies or restrictions that you have and we can accommodate you!

Where are all the festivities at?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will all be at Red Fox Winery & Lounge.
