Meet some of our favorite people!

Caroline Zurbrugg

Maid of Honor

I am so grateful to call Caroline not only my Maid of Honor, but also my best friend. We lived together throughout nursing school and even though it was one of the hardest years of my life, it was also one of the best. I have a million great memories from that year and just about all of them involve some shenanigans Caroline and I got into (specifically Danger's horn situation, frequent El Rodeo trips and Mariah Carey on Christmas). We might be separated by many miles, but our friendship has not wavered. I'm excited for the memories we will continue to make. I'm honored to have her standing at my side on this special day.

Carey Wieczorek

Bridesmaid

When I first started on 7 South at UPMC Hamot I was a mess. I had never experienced a hospital floor quite like it and I wasn't sure if I would make it. Soon after I started I realized that I was surrounded by some of the most amazing people, one of these people being Carey. I am so grateful for not only her kindness and selflessness, but also her humor which is what helped me through my first few months on the floor and continues to help me to this day. Carey moved to the Emergency Department a few months ago, but has remained one of my best friends. I'm so honored she agreed to stand next to me on this special day.

Brynne Bowser

Bridesmaid

Brynne may be my cousin, but I've always said she is the closest thing I have to a sister. I remember babysitting her when she was younger and it has been amazing watching her grow into the wonderful person she is today. I think it's safe to say our family is a little nutty, but this has lead to some of the best times and I'm glad I have been able to share them with her. I can't wait to see what the future holds as we continue to grow up together. I couldn't imagine getting married without her at my side.

Mary Ann Adkins

Bridesmaid

As crazy as it sounds Mary Ann and I went to the same high school, but it wasn't until our time at JCU where we became friends. I actually think friends is the wrong word...Partners in crime would be a better way to describe our relationship. Just about all of my favorite memories from that time involve Mary Ann and some craziness we got into. Even after we graduated she has remained one of my closest friends and I am so grateful to have her in my life. I'm honored to have her at my side! I can't wait to see what shenanigans we get into throughout this wedding planning process.

Blanca Miranda

Bridesmaid

It takes a thick skin and a lot of humor to be a nurse and I owe mine to Blanca. She and I currently work together on 7 South and when I first started I had neither of the above. Blanca has helped me not only gain confidence as a nurse, but also as a person. Any shift I work with her I know will be a good one (and full of laughter) regardless of how crazy it actually is. I don't think she will ever completely understand how grateful I am to have her in my life which is why I couldn't imagine getting married without her at my side. P.S. Blanca we need more pictures together

Ari and Stuart Lincoln

Ring Security

These guys. I don't even know where to begin! I was lucky enough to start babysitting them when they were only one month old (shoutout to Liz and Jeremy for a) making such cute kids and b) allowing me to come into their lives). Here we are over two years later and I am so grateful to still be part of their lives. They've grown into such smart and kind little boys. I can't wait to see the people they continue to become.

Ernest Brackins Jr.

Groomsman

Ernest and I met on our first day working at Erie Insurance in October of 2018. Throughout training we quickly became friends both in and outside of work. Ernest is always the life of the party and is one of my favorite people to be around. He's guaranteed to make you laugh. I am honored to have him at my side on this special day.

Brandon Zygai

Groomsman

I've been friends with Brandon for over 10 years. Throughout these 10 years we did a lot of traveling together and he helped me develop into the person I am today. Our lives have changed tremendously, but I know I can always count on him. I'm grateful to have him as a lifelong friend.

Kailin Casey

Groomsman

Kailin was one of the first people I met when transitioning from training to the actual floor at my job at Erie Insurance. Our cubes were close to each other so initially he had to put up with the annoying new guy always asking questions (aka me), but eventually this turned into a great friendship. He and I share many common interests (not common sports teams though...GO BROWNS). I'm grateful to have a friend like him next to me on my wedding day.
