Ashley and Ryan met during their freshman year at Chelmsford High School. Even though they were friendly over the course of their high school years, it was in their senior year that sparks began to fly. Ryan was a contestant in Mr. CHS, an annual pageant for seniors, while Ashley was tasked with choreographing and teaching the dance routines for the event. Ryan ended up asking Ashley to prom in an epic prom-posal (foreshadowing?) involving all of the guys in the pageant during a rehearsal, and she said yes! Prom was the night they officially started dating. At the end of high school, both went off to college and continued their relationship long distance. Ashley graduated from Assumption College and Ryan decided to enlist in the United State Navy shortly thereafter. Maintaining a long distance relationship has been tough but has made their relationship stronger than ever. Shortly after Ryan's first deployment, he proposed to Ashley and she said yes! Following Ryan's last deployment, the two will be getting married on September 21st, 2019 and are excited to start the next chapter of their lives together!
