Spontaneously we decided to go on a weekend getaway to one of our favorite places, The North Shore. As we were planning the trip I was slightly suspicious about the whole thing. On Saturday, February 8, 2020, we decided to go for a winter hike at Tettegouche State Park. While I was completely distracted with nature Brandon was busy setting up the GoPro to capture the special moment that was about to change our life. The camera was set, the backdrop was perfect, Brandon walked over to me and got down on one knee, my face looked confused until I realized what was about to happen, he popped the question and without trying to cry I threw my arms up and said, "Yes," and then we were engaged! We can't wait to celebrate the next chapter of our lives with you!
