We first got to know each other through online church prayer meetings. Just two people saying “amen” from different places, not realizing God was already weaving our stories together. When she came back home during one of the hardest seasons of her life, we met in person at a church youth night. He still remembers saying, “Ang ganda mo po pala sa personal,” while she remembers that one moment in church watching him speak to a group of youth when the Lord zoomed him in like a camera focusing on one subject. That’s when she knew she had a crush. From that spark came a season of prayer, fasting, and seeking God’s confirmation. What began as simple connections after prayer calls turned into meaningful conversations filled with faith, laughter, and a steady peace that felt like home. Even distance couldn’t stop what God was doing. Long nights, honest talks, and aligned hearts shaped our relationship. Not quickly, but deeply. Our story wasn’t rushed. It was rooted. Not built just on feelings, but on faith. Today, we’re stepping into a covenant that began in prayer, was confirmed by the Word, and continues with God's faithfulness leading the way.
