Please keep in mind passports must not expire within 6 months of your travel dates. Passports processing times are currently 8-11 weeks.
Hotel
All wedding events will take place on the property. We'll provide a more detailed itinerary when you arrive. Once you check in you can kick back and relax. All you have to do is show up at the right place at the right time! Please keep in mind there are other properties run by The Fives nearby, if you book outside of our room block be sure not to accidentally book The Fives Oceanfront or The Fives Downtown Hotel.

If you want to book any additional nights you will have to email the Fives directly at groupsbookings@thefiveshotels.com to and provide the dates you want to stay in order to get the room block rates. If you try to book more than 3 nights through the portal link it will default to a nightly regular rate for your total. You’ll receive a confirmation email once as the booking is made, it will include the room selected, the initial deposit and the outstanding balance, if any. The final balance is due by 1/26/25. The drive is approximately 40 minutes to/ from Cancun airport. A couple of options…you can book through the hotel’s associated transportation service or Canada Transfers. The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences can book an airport shuttle for you. Here are their provided instructions and prices: "To book your airport transfer, please send us your flight itinerary.
