FAQs

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 1, 2025

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we are only able to include children 13 and over and those participating in the wedding ceremony. If your invitation does not list them by name, we kindly ask that you join us for an intimate and elegant evening without the little ones. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Our celebration will be formal/ black-tie optional. Gentlemen are kindly encouraged to wear tuxedos or dark suits, and ladies, we ask that you wear elegant floor-length dresses. Not sure what to wear? Check out the 'Attire Guide' section for helpful tips.

Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive at Our Lady of the Rosary by 1:30 p.m. on the day of the ceremony. Please note that a local farmers market takes place every Saturday in the area, which can lead to increased foot traffic and limited street parking. To ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival, we recommend allowing extra time to find parking and get settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m., and out of respect for the moment, late entry will not be permitted once the ceremony has started.

Question

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a dedicated parking lot available for guests at the Secret Garden at Rancho Santa Fe. Additional street parking can also be found in the surrounding area.

Question

Will your wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Join us in the Garden for an outdoor Cocktail Hour from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Afterward, we’ll head indoors to continue the celebration with dinner and dancing at the reception.

Question

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

A variety of hors d’oeuvres will be served during Cocktail Hour, followed by a buffet-style dinner featuring a selection of meats, sides, and salad. We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions to the best of our ability, but kindly ask that guests let us know in advance. Please be sure to include any dietary needs when you RSVP.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be celebrating with a full open bar—so come ready to raise a glass (or two) with us!

Question

Transportation

Answer

As both Cocktail Hour and the Reception will feature a hosted open bar, we kindly encourage guests to plan ahead and arrange for a safe ride home via Uber, Lyft, or another form of transportation following the celebration.

Question

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Yes! Please refer to the “Travel” tab for our recommended options. You're also welcome to explore other nearby hotels or consider booking an Airbnb or VRBO for the night of the wedding.

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence on our special day is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you feel inclined to give, we invite you to visit the “Registry” tab—there, you’ll find options to contribute to our honeymoon fund or select a gift from our curated wishlist.

Question

I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?

Answer

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our maid of honor, Rina Dang, at (714) 770-9414. She’s happy to assist you with anything you need!

Question

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

Please kindly submit your RSVP by November 1st. If we do not hear from you by then, we will assume you are unable to attend. While we will truly miss celebrating together, we need to provide our vendors with a final guest count by that date. Thank you so much for your understanding!
