When should I RSVP by?

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Please write any dietary restrictions on your RSVP. If you forgot, please contact us (shanna7@vt.edu or 703-303-7879) about any dietary restrictions. Thank you.

Are dates or kids welcome?

Answer

We would love to have everyone invite but because of capacity, our event only accommodates those that are listed on the invitation. Please respect our decision and do not bring dates or children not listed on the invite. Thank you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from Embassy Suites and Lansdowne resort to and from the reception. Information will be listed at the hotel front desk.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is available parking at both the ceremony and reception. We recommend taking Uber or the shuttles from the hotels (Lansdowne & Embassy Suites) to the reception if you plan to have any drinks.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 2pm so please arrive with plenty of time to park and find a seat. We recommend anytime before 1:45pm.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

YES! The welcome party is at Clyde's at Willow Creek on Friday, June 17th from 8-10pm! All are welcome!
