Hikes!
City parks with nice walks include Forest Park and the Hoyt Arboretum. If you'll have a car, Multnomah Falls is an extremely popular hike (tends to be very crowded in the summer!), or keep driving all the way to Mount Hood for an endless supply of excellent trails.
