I met Mario during a service call for a place I once resided. Mario was the referring technician assigned to the job. It was a two day job and our initial meet was day two of the job. When Mario arrived I initiated conversation with a joke about how he left the heating system the night before. Our conversation flowed effortlessly, it felt like we already knew each other. In reality , the unfinished worked would have taken about 5 minutes to complete but he made it last hours. Upon leaving he asked if he could take me out on date and we have been traveling the world ever since.
