Córdoba boasts a mild climate with lots of sun. March is the transition from summer to fall in the Southern Hemisphere so expect highs 70s during the day and dropping to the high 50s at night.

Argentinian cuisine is very fresh and based in simple, local ingredients. You'll see lots of Italian influence in their pastas and risottos. But the star of the show is the meat, especially local beef cooked over an open fire called "asado". Cafe culture for "merienda" includes a mid afternoon snack with "cafe con leche" and "medialunas" sweet pastries with the traditional tea "mate".
