Germaine and Jay's love story began 30 years ago. They met at Savco Drugs where Germaine worked her first job as a pharmacist and Jay was a security officer. He saw the love of his life working behind the pharmacy counter and it was love at first sight. They dated briefly but went their separate ways. Life happened and 30 years passed. Jay reached out to Germaine on Facebook where they both learned that each of them was single. This time he would not let her go. They reconnected and Jay proposed in December of 2022. Through much prayer and commitment they will officially become one on June 22, 2024.
