Little Italy
We would have gotten married in Italy if we could have, but Cleveland's Little Italy is an apt alternative! This is especially so because our wedding weekend coincides with the Feast of the Assumption, aka the single best event for Italian food lovers. Walk along Mayfield road and take in the sights, sounds (Frank Sinatra), and smells (sauce-covered carbs).
East 4th Street
Just across from the Arcade Hyatt Hotel is one of Cleveland's most beloved dining hubs. This charming pedestrianized street is home to some favorite spots, including Citizen Pie (Roman style pizza by the slice), Society Lounge (underground cocktails), and Mabel's BBQ (BBQ by Cleveland's own Chef Michael Symon).
Ohio City
Ohio City is one of the hottest neighborhoods in Cleveland, with new restaurants, shops, and apartments popping up all the time, and W. 25th Street is at its heart. It is a haven for beer drinkers, home to Great Lakes Brewing Company, Market Garden Brewery, Platform Beer Co, Nano Brew, Bookhouse Brewing, Saucy Brew Works, Forest City Brewing, and Terrestrial Brewing, just to name a few. We love perusing the art galleries at the Transformer Station, sipping Phoenix coffee, and comparing the ice creams at Mitchell's and Mason's.
The Flats
The Flats is one of Cleveland's most unique destinations. Nestled on the banks of the Cuyahoga River, this entertainment district offers world-class food, drinks, music, and water sports - plus some of the best sunsets!
Tremont
Cute shops, great food, and access to a 100-mile walking/running/biking trail? Find it all in Tremont! We love Barrio tacos, the patio at Fat Cats, and the cosmopolitan vibes at Ginkgo.

West Side Market
The West Side Market has a place in every Clevelander's heart. It is one of the oldest public markets in the country. Stroll among the vendor stalls, get inspired, have a snack!

Great Lakes is a must-do for our beer-loving friends. Take a tour of the brewery and enjoy some classic Cleveland brews.
Mitchell's Ice Cream (Ohio City Kitchen & Shop)
Cleveland's favorite ice cream! Pop in to the Ohio City shop while you stroll down W. 25th to grab a cone and watch the ice cream makers in action. Sarah's favorite flavor is Coffee Cookies & Cream and Andrew's is Blue Cosmo.
Edgewater Park Beach
Edgewater is a beautiful spot for lake lovers, offering city views, walking paths, and a lovely strand of beach. You can also rent paddle boards, lounge chairs, and cabanas.
The Cleveland Museum of Art
Rated one of the top art museums in the country, the CMA offers an amazing selection of art, peaceful gardens, and a beautiful, airy atrium.
