Our love story definitely didn’t start out as one. We met while working together at Amber Lights, a nursing home here in Tucson. I worked in activities & Ulrich worked in maintenance-both of our hubs just happened to be on the 1st floor. And that’s how it worked at Amber Lights. You seemed to stay close to the people near your hub. The first time I remember actually talking was one morning when I found a broken door knob in our market & I just wanted a screwdriver to fix it but Ulrich said it was a much bigger fix than that. And it was. After that, it seemed like we just really liked being around each other. He always made me laugh & we spent most of our free time talking. This led to many hours on the dirt parking lot after work just talking. People thought we were kinda crazy, but that eventually led to our first date & to our forever. I never would’ve thought I would’ve met my forever partner at work but here we are & I am beyond thankful for God giving us each other. There’s no way we would’ve met unless God absolutely planned for it to happen. And now we get to spend the rest of our lives glorifying Him together !!! ♥️
