A Brief Excursion of Historical Importance We are pleased to extend an open invitation to join us for a visit to the Yuengling Brewery Tour—an educational outing that is entirely free and concludes with complimentary samples, which feels only fair. Tours run March through December, Monday–Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and are closed on Sundays. Yuengling does not accept reservations; participation is first come, first served, a system that rewards punctuality and patience in equal measure. We will personally be attending the 11:00 AM tour and would be delighted by your company. That said, guests are warmly encouraged to go at whatever time is most convenient for them. Independence is respected. Please note: there is a considerable amount of walking involved. Comfortable shoes are strongly recommended. Heroics are not required.

On the evening before the wedding, all guests are warmly invited to gather for a prenuptial dinner at the Crimson House, held in the upstairs space (stairs will be involved; courage is encouraged). The dress code is casual—comfortable shoes, relaxed layers, and outfits suitable for enthusiastic conversation are highly recommended. This dinner is open to everyone and generously hosted by the Bride’s parents and the ever-reliable Aunt Mimi. Food will be served. Stories will be told. A very pleasant evening is expected to occur.

On April 3rd, once the dust has settled and the confetti has been swept away, we will be heading to Roller’s Roost in Pottsville, Pennsylvania for a bit of low-stakes, high-spirited fun. This is not an official event so much as a gentle suggestion: if you feel like joining us for roller skating or roller blading, we’ll be there from approximately 6:30 PM until we get tired (most likely around 8:00 PM). Admission is $7, with skate rental available for an additional $3. Attendance is optional. Balance is not required. Falling, laughing, and cheering from the sidelines are all perfectly acceptable.
