It was love at first swipe. I saw the picture of Mike and his dog and couldn't resist starting a conversation. A week later, we went on our first date at Bomba's taco bar. 4 hours of conversation, drinks, and laughter later we both knew there was something very special about each other.

On our annual trip to Hilton Head Island, SC. We had booked a dinner at our favorite restaurant (Poseidon's). We were heading down to sunset on the beach prior to going to dinner. Mike had asked to take photos with the sunset and had set up his camera on a beach chair. We went down to the water line as the sun was lowering behind us. We took a few photos of Mike dipping me and Mike "spotted" dolphins behind me. Dolphins are something we always look forward to spotting on our trip. When I turned back around, he was down on one knee! I lost all ability to speak and the only words I could manage was "uh-huh" as he asked me to marry him.
