We are currently expecting 125-150 people. The venue has a capacity of 250 so we will be around 50% capacity, which complies with Dane county’s restaurant rules. We will be asking everyone to wear a mask for the whole day. The only exception being if you are eating or drinking. However we ask that you continue to wear a mask as soon as you have finished eating. All food servers and venue staff will be taking precautions (wearing mask/gloves etc). Dinner will also be served by our gloved caterers, who have done tons of weddings during the last year. The ceremony will be held outside and there will also be seating on the patio for the reception if you would prefer to be outside the remainder of the evening. We are really excited about an outdoor ceremony so please make sure to pack a jacket if it happens to be a little chilly. If it rains we will have to move the ceremony inside but only plan on doing this if weather is pretty severe.
Since this will be a larger gathering there are a couple simple steps we are going to take so that we can do our best to be safe and also respect everyone who will be joining us. You are more than welcome to join us for just the ceremony (and we would love to have you there) if that is what you are most comfortable with. We ask that you indicate you will not be staying past the ceremony on your RSVP so we can plan dinner accordingly. If you have already RSVPd and would like to make a change, you can do that through the website as well. Many of the wedding party, friends and family have been vaccinated, and probably more then we know about! If you have concerns or questions before the wedding we would love to chat about it. We ask that on the day of the wedding that you not ask us questions regarding COVID, respect our requests, and respect those around you. This is an important moment in our lives and we want people to be able to come together to celebrate as safely as possible.
