Which side of the church do we sit on?

Answer

Please choose any seat you like. There are no ‘sides’ during this ceremony we’re one family, and we’d love everyone to sit together!

What should we do between the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Between the ceremony and reception, the wedding party will be taking pictures at a different location. In the meantime, you can reference the 'Things To Do' page where we have listed a few fun places to go!

What should I expect during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having a full Mass for our wedding ceremony. This will include Scripture readings, prayers, the exchange of vows, and Holy Communion. The ceremony will last approximately one hour.

Who may receive Holy Communion?

Answer

We warmly welcome all guests to join us in prayer. Holy Communion is reserved for practicing Catholics who are properly prepared. Those who do not receive Communion are invited to remain seated or come forward with arms crossed to receive a blessing.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception will both be held at St. Louis Catholic Church. The church has plenty of free gated parking.
