The peso is Mexico's national currency, though many places in Los Cabos accept U.S. dollars for convenience. Major credit cards are also accepted in most establishments. Banks offer currency exchange during business hours. Universal ATMs are widely available for cash withdrawals at the current exchange rate, and most ATMs have menus in English. The ATMs only dispense pesos.
As a rule of thumb, you should stick to bottled or purified water in Mexico. All of the restaurants and hotels only serve purified water and YES, the ice is safe. Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors with a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez. Attire: 'Cabo Cocktail' Men: Think Linen! Beige or Tan Pants & White Shirts Women: Valentine's Day Colors (Reds, Pinks, Corals) Heels are welcome for the dinner and ceremony. Bring your dancing shoes for later!
