Question

What is the cost of staying in a cabin at Camp Tioga?

Answer

$59.00 per person, per night. The cost covers all of your meals and gives you access to all the summer camp activities that we'll have throughout the weekend. Way more bang for your buck than staying at a hotel! Visit the "Book Your Stay" page.

Question

Will I get my own cabin?

Answer

We are going to do our absolute best to provide everyone with their own private space. However, if you do end up sharing, you will not be rooming with people you don’t know; likely it will be someone in your family. Families will be grouped together and same goes for very close friends. Most cabins are laid out with the flexibility to allow for 1-2 "private quarters" in addition to the main shared sleeping space if you're looking for extra privacy. Everyone's comfort is our main concern, so we appreciate your patience as we make assignments! Please see photos "Lodging at Poconos Camp Wedding" under photos tab to get a better idea of what the cabins look like!

Question

What facilities do the cabins have?

Answer

Each cabin has between 5-15 twin beds with foam mattresses. Don't worry we can push the beds around to make them doubles. Each cabin is equipped with a bathroom. Bathrooms have multiple shower stalls, toilet stalls and sinks. The cabins have electricity/outlets and ample cubby space. Your cabin comes complete with pillows, pillowcases, and sheets. All meals for the weekend will be included in your cabin price. All camp activities also included!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We welcome children to join in the weekend festivities at the camp. However, during the ceremony / reception we want people to let loose and have a good time! Please make child care arrangements for Saturday, the ceremony will begin at 4pm.

Question

Camp packing list?

Answer

Blanket/sleeping bag, toiletries, pajamas, comfy clothing (sneakers/comfortable shoes, rain jacket & umbrella (in case of inclement weather), clothing for the wedding ceremony / reception. Any lawn games you would like to bring! Camping chairs. Your favorite snacks and BYOB for the weekend (Open bar for reception on Saturday.)

Question

I may have trouble getting around the camp. I use a walker / cane / or wheelchair or have difficulty walking long distances is the camp handicap accessible?

Answer

Don't worry! If you have a hard time getting around camp staff will be available to transport our guests around the camp in golf carts!

Question

Can we join in the summer camp activities if we stay off campus?

Answer

Yes, everyone is welcome to join in on the summer camp activities! However, if you would like to join us for meals, you will have to pay for the "Meals Only Option" on our "Book Your Stay" page.

Question

Where should guest park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free for our guests. When you arrive, camp staff will direct you to your room if you are staying on site where you can drop off belongings. Then, you will follow their golf cart to the parking lot where you can park and they will escort you back to your room.

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are cocktail attire. (We would recommend flat shoes, leave the heels at home as you will be walking to and from the ceremony - cocktail hour - and reception pavilion!) Otherwise please dress casually for activities offered by the camp.
