Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request that guests dress in formal cocktail attire. Ladies are invited to wear dresses or dressy pantsuits, while gentlemen should opt for suits with ties. To ensure our wedding aesthetic remains special, we ask that you please avoid: - Fully white or beige toned clothing - Sage green toned clothing

Is the venue outdoors or indoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place in the grassy area overlooking the Elk River. Our cocktail hour will be held around the fountains and then our reception will be held under the tent with arranged seating.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

While we adore children, our entire wedding celebration is a children-free event. We kindly ask that you make arrangements in advance for anyone not named on RSVPs.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We request that only guests specifically named on your RSVP invitation are invited to our wedding celebration. We appreciate your understanding.

Where do I park?

Answer

Free onsite parking is available. Handicap accessible parking is available as well. If you need to leave your car overnight, please let a Bohemia staff member know. Cars can be left at the parking lot of the reception or the tasting room and must be picked up no later than 10:00am the following day.

Are we providing transportation?

Answer

Yes, we are providing a shuttle for guests to be picked up as well as dropped off at any of the three hotels listed under our travel section. Please let us know in advance where you plan to stay.

If you have food allergies and or need a vegetarian/vegan meal-

We are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please ensure you let us know of any requests in advance.
