The venue has plenty of free parking!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please include any and all food allergies on the RSVP. This will allow the venue to provide necessary accommodations.

Is there a dress code?

We prefer clothes, but preferably formal attire. Please dress to impress but do not wear white.

The reception is in Aria Ballroom A .

What happens between the ceremony and reception?

Cocktail hour will be in the cocktail lounge and gardens outside of Ballroom A

What is the deadline to reserve our room at the hotel(s)?

For the Courtyard Southington, you must make your reservation by 8/6/2025 to get our discount. Please go to the travel section for our discounted link.

Can I bring a date?

We only have space for the people on your RSVP.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

As much as we love kids, we are only inviting our immediate family members' children. This will be reflected in your invitation.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

The reception is scheduled to end at 9:00pm. Please vacate the ballroom by 8:45pm to allow us to have a private last dance.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, open bar all night!

Is there an after party?

Answer

We will keep the night going with an afterparty at the Courtyard Southington Hotel bar from 10pm-1am. Anyone from the reception is welcome to join us!

Can I smoke at the wedding?

Answer

NO smoking will be allowed inside or anywhere near the venue- this includes marijuana, vape pens, cigarettes, etc.
