What does black-tie optional mean?
Answer
Our wedding is a formal affair. Women should wear long dresses. Formal cocktail dresses or dressy separates are also appropriate. Men should wear a suit or tuxedo with a tie/bowtie. No jeans or shorts, please! We can’t wait to celebrate in style with you!

What time should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
Please arrive no later than 5:20pm to allow time to be seated ahead of the ceremony. We will begin promptly at 5:30pm.

Is transportation provided?
Answer
Yes! There will be 2 shuttles to transport guests to the venue from our hotel block. One running between the Westin and The Abbott and the other between the Sheraton and The Abbott. Shuttles will depart from each hotel at 4:45 PM, 5:00 PM, and 5:15 PM.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Although we love your kids, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children. If we were unable to invite your children, we hope you take this opportunity to have a date night and celebrate with us!

Is there parking at The Abbott?
Answer
Parking in front of the venue is very limited. If you plan to drive, we strongly recommend carpooling or using a rideshare service. Should the parking lot be full, nearby street parking is available. Please note that we do not recommend leaving your car overnight at the venue. We have shuttles running between the Westin/Sheraton and The Abbott. Guests are welcome to park at either hotel and use the shuttle service to and from the venue.

Can I bring a guest?

We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. If your invitation did not include a guest, or if you RSVP’d “no” for your guest, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate additional attendees. Thank you for understanding!

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?
Answer
Our bridesmaids will be wearing black. Guests are absolutely welcome to wear black as well! The event follows a black tie optional dress code, so feel free to dress up and wear whatever makes you feel your best within that style.
