It was the last private residence designed by architect Antoni Gaudí and was built between 1906 and 1912. We recently did a self-guided tour of the building and were amazed by Gaudí's masterpiece. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

As of late 2025, it is the tallest church in the world. We were in awe of the beautiful architecture by Antoni Gaudí. It was both intricate and practical, inspired by nature. We did a guided tour with Christina from Crown Tours. She is awesome!
We took a guided tour of the monastery, followed by a tapas and wine tasting at a nearby vineyard. It was so much fun! We booked the guide with Castlexperience Wine Tours (found them through Airbnb).
El Born in Barcelona is a medieval district that flourished in the 13th to 15th centuries. The Gothic architecture takes you back in time. Visiting the neighborhood is a must! We recommend checking out the El Born Centre de Cultura i Memòria.
