Why Livingston, MT?

Why NOT Livingston! With our families planted all around, we decided to find a special spot for this occasion that would match this adventure for us. Honing in on that word, "adventure" and reflection of our souls (Jess' mountains, Gina and her trees), we landed on somewhere in The Treasure State. Then we wanted a location that is full of awe and wonder, similar to Yellowstone National Park. So, then we hunted for a location in the Paradise Valley as it's one of the gateways to Yellowstone. Our requirement was simple: a place full of beauty, wide open spaces and wonder. This is how we landed on Livingston as our Jumping Off Point for OUR next adventure - Tying the Knot.

What is "Country Business Casual" attire?

Answer

It's a blend of elements of country style with professional business wear. Jeans and boots are acceptable and encouraged, but let's keep it classy, this is a wedding after all.

Is this shindig being held inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held on the patio (along with several space heaters) and the reception will be held inside a barn. If weather is not permitting, rest assured we have a Plan B!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

We suggest you purchase a magic 8 ball at your local toy store as that will likely be more accurate than any answer we could give you. It could be sunny and fairly warm (50ish), it could be rainy and cold (30ish) or it could be snowing and down right cold (single digits). PACK ACCORDINGLY!

What is the closest airport to fly in to?

Answer

Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport is about 50 minutes (49 miles) from the Lodge.

Is Ride Share available?

Answer

Transportation from the Lodge is NOT available. If you plan on staying in Livingston, you will need to call a taxi or rent a vehicle to get to and from the ceremony/reception site. Uber and Lyft services are available in the Bozeman area ONLY.

Is lodging available on site?

Answer

Why YES, as a matter of fact, we're glad you asked! We have blocked out all the cabins on site and it's a first come, first serve basis. Once those are gone, the next closest city to stay in is Livingston.

Answer

YES!!! We will be sure to hop them up with plenty of sugar before the evening is through, so the party can continue after last call!

Where is the closest grocery store?

Answer

The closest grocery store to this location is the Emigrant General Store which is 10 minutes south of the lodge. The next closest is Albertsons in Livingston about 20 minutes north.
