Dress: Is there a dress code? Yes.

We kindly request Black Tie attire: gentlemen, please wear tuxedos with black bow ties; ladies, floor-length gowns or sophisticated cocktail dresses are perfect.

Will there be transport to and from the wedding venue? Yes....BUT

Answer

Mini buses are booked to pick-up and drop-off guests from their accommodation on the wedding day ONLY IF the accommodation is located in either: (1) Wollombi; (2) Laguna; or (3) Millfield. Guests are encouraged to peruse and book from the list of recommended venues, found under 'Accommodation' on this website, to lock-in your transport for the day. IMPORTANT: As we must notify the mini-bus company of final locations no later than 30 June 2026, please email us at james.georgina2026@gmail.com with details of your accommodation. Please note that there are no ubers or taxis in the Wollombi area.

What time will the mini bus pick us up and drop us home? It depends...

Pick-up: as it is location dependent, we will communicate a time to you closer to the day of the event. Leaving Redleaf: mini-buses will begin the first run of drop-offs at 11pm.

How do I get from Brisbane to Wollombi? By refidex.

Option 1: Drive from Brisbane to Wollombi Total Time: ~8 hours 50 minutes (depending on traffic AND how fast you drive) Option 2: Fly from Brisbane to Newcastle, then Rent a Car Total Flight Time: ~1.5 hours Total Car Rental Time: ~1.5 hours (Newcastle to Wollombi)

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you would like to give a gift, we will have a wishing well at our reception.
