Georgina and Gabriel first met in elementary school, when Gabriel asked her out in the 4th grade… and she said no. With his long hair and bangs at the time, she just couldn’t do it! Years later, after a long friendship, their story took a turn during their senior year of high school when they decided to give a relationship a chance. At 17, with only a few months left before graduation, they took a leap, and it was just the beginning. What followed were six years of long distance. For four of those years, Georgina attended University of California, Irvine while Gabriel studied at California State University, San Marcos. Their relationship was built on FaceTime calls, trips back home, and carefully coordinated Google Calendars to make the most of their time together. Then came graduate school, with Gabriel attending San Diego State University and Georgina attending California State University, San Bernardino, adding two more years of distance, but maintaining connections with halfway meetups in Temecula. After Gabriel graduated from SDSU, the distance finally came to an end. As Georgina finished her final year of grad school, Gabriel proposed! Now, they’re beginning their favorite chapter yet...planning a lifetime together!

Con su cabello largo y flequillo en ese entonces, simplemente no podía aceptarlo! Años después, tras una larga amistad, su historia dio un giro durante su último año de preparatoria, cuando decidieron darle una oportunidad a una relación. Después vino la escuela de posgrado, con Gabriel asistiendo a San Diego State University y Georgina a California State University, San Bernardino, sumando dos años más de distancia, pero manteniendo su conexión con encuentros a mitad de camino en Temecula. Después de que Gabriel se graduó de SDSU, la distancia finalmente llegó a su fin. Mientras Georgina terminaba su último año de posgrado, Gabriel le propuso matrimonio! Ahora, están comenzando su capítulo favorito…planeando toda una vida juntos!
