Hotel Villa Ottone

Booking will be done directly with the hotel via email or phone, as there are discounts that will applied that aren't otherwise available if you try to book through their website. We've agreed to a buyout of the hotel for 5/22/26 & 5/23/26 at a fixed rate for each room (€164). Should you want to stay at Villa Ottone before or after our hotel block, a 10% discount will be applied to any additional nights. Take a look at the "Room Types" section below and then fill out the form linked in the "Choose Room Preferences" section. We will share your room preference & email with the hotel. They'll reach out to you once it's time to book your room.

Room Types
The hotel offers three room styles: Villa, Hotel and Cottage. Given the variety of room options at the hotel, we'd like to ensure you get the sleeping arrangement you want. We've created a form (see "Choose Room Preferences" section below) where you can select your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of room type. To checkout pictures of the rooms, click the "View" button below. Here are a few details to consider about the rooms. Cottages: Are quiet and quaint rooms that are a bit more secluded from the main areas of the hotel property. Cottages feature enclosed outdoor space and are suitable for families with small children and folks looking for tranquility. Note that you'll be a short walk (including a few stairs) away from all wedding activities and hotel amenities. Main Hotel: This is where the bulk of guests will stay. The hotel offers standard rooms, suites and family rooms. Located in the heart of the hotel property. Easy access to pool, beach, parking lot and tennis courts. Villa: The Villa only offers 12 traditional rooms and 2 attic rooms. Both standard rooms and suites are available. Keep in mind that the Villa is the closest sleeping arrangement to wedding festivities, so please consider your tolerance of noise. Attic suites are double bedrooms with exposed beams in the attic of the villa. These rooms require use of a small staircase and are suited for nimble adventurers. If you are assigned this room we will coordinate with you to make sure that you are ok with this accommodation.

Choose Room Preferences
After taking a look at the available lodging options at the hotel (see section above for link), please click on the "View" button below. The link will direct you to a form which will allow you to share your room preferences with us. You'll simply rank your first, second and third choice and share the amount of adults and children in your party. The hotel will place guests into rooms on a first come first served basis so don't put off submitting your form!

Please note that all guests are welcome to stay at Villa Ottone before and after the wedding block of Friday & Saturday. However, if you are coming before the wedding early or staying for a few days afterwards and wanted to see other parts of the island, please consider this hotel if you're looking to explore two of Elba's most charming towns; Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri.
