It's Happening...

I think we all know the infamous story of how we met by now, but for those who don’t, here we go. It all started back in 2019 when some guy named Doug got a job at the Doubletree Resort PV- Scottsdale. Of course, all the girls in the office did some digging and found out he was tall, single and attractive. However, Georgie being Georgie, wanted nothing to do with this ‘new guy’ because he had the same name as her dad [weird]! Over time her co-workers kept telling her ‘Doug is the sweetest guy ever; you have to get to know him etc. etc.’ but she kept saying no. It wasn’t until August 8th that everything changed… They were at a work event called Diamonds in the Desert and our co-workers [you all know who you are] were set on getting Doug and Georgie to sit at the same table and it wasn’t until Doug said to Georgie ‘I will only sit here if you go to the Grapevine with me.’ To her shock she had no idea he even knew that she frequented this fineee karaoke establishment 😉 With that simple line, so many questions had to be answered and let’s just say our lives were never the same again… It was from that day on when Doug and Georgie spent almost every day together and haven’t looked back since. Fast Forward almost 6 years and here they are, they have created a home, raised four fur babies together, and have the sweetest baby boy in the whole entire world. One can say they like to do things in reverse but wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you all for being apart of this long awaited special day and we cannot wait to celebrate with you all!
