The Bus will be departing IGA Portlands carpark at 2.40pm. The Bus will be Departing Narrawong Carpark at 2.50pm.

When and how do I RSVP?

Answer

To assist in our planning, we ask that you please RSVP by the 1st of December, 2024. Please do so via the RSVP form available on the website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the ceremony commencing, so you're able to get a beverage and comfortably take your seat.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be at The Longmeadow Estate. The venue is located in Tyrendarra, which is a 60 minute drive from Warrnambool and a 20 minute drive from Portland.

How will I get to the wedding?

Answer

Parking is available on-site should you wish to drive to and from the wedding. A bus will also be available to transport guests from Portland (IGA Carpark) via Narrawong Island Holiday Park to The Longmeadow Estate, and return. Please kindly let us know in your RSVP whether you will require a seat on the bus. The bus departure times will then be advised closer to the date.

The dress code - what is "Garden Cocktail"?

Answer

Garden Cocktail is fresh, semi-formal attire suitable for a garden party. For any ideas, a simple "garden-cocktail attire" search on google images should point you in the right direction! (this does not mean you have to wear florals).

Will this be an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we request that guests please do not use their phones or cameras during the ceremony. Following the ceremony, you're most welcome to capture as many special moments as you like (for the mems!). However, we kindly ask that you do not post our day on social media until we have had the opportunity to do so.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We suggest booking accommodation close to the city centre in Portland (for convenience with the bus departure), or alternatively the Narrawong Island Holiday Park. We have included some links in the 'accommodation' tab which you might like to check out!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so blessed to have so many wonderful families and friends coming together to celebrate our special day. With so many close to our hearts, we kindly ask that only those named at the time of receiving your invitation attend, as we are unable to accommodate additional guests or plus ones. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring my child/children?

While we love to watch your children run and play, we respectfully request that the occasion be an adult-only kind of day.

What about gifts?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. Should you wish to help us celebrate with a gift, a contribution to our wishing well would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, vegetarian and gluten free options will be available.
