Jake and Georgia first met on a school science trip in March 2014 on Jake’s birthday, no less. A few months later, in June 2014, Georgia was once again overpacking (a skill she has perfected over the years) for a school trip to Barcelona. Jake was there to lift her suitcase onto the weighing scales at the airport. This was just the beginning of Jake’s life as Georgia’s personal suitcase lifter. (Spoiler alert: he’s still doing it today.) On the plane to Barcelona, they were seated next to each other, and Georgia, who was clearly on a mission to make Jake’s ears bleed, chatted non-stop for the entire flight even with his headphones in. They officially got together on 22nd August 2014 and have been together ever since. Fast forward through 10 years of adventures, laughter and more “how have we not killed each other yet?” moments than they'd care to count. Jake finally popped the question on 14th December 2024, in Bath. (Yes, it took him 10 years. But who’s counting?) Now, after more than a decade of memories, they’ve settled into their 1st beautiful home with their gorgeous two fur babies Apollo & Zeus. With the love and support of their amazing family and friends, they couldn’t be happier. They can’t wait to share their special day with you all and celebrate the next chapter.
