What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you’re seated and ready for the festivities!

What’s the dress code?

Our dress code is formal. We can’t wait to see you all dressed up!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one, they’ll be listed on your RSVP. We wish we could invite everyone!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved rooms at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Chanhassen. You can book with our special rate using the link on the “Travel” page.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be running in between the hotel and venue starting at 3:00pm. The shuttle will return to the venue at 8pm and will run until midnight.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! Parking will be available on site at the venue.

What’s the weather like this time of year?

Typically, it’s sunny and warm, so dress accordingly and check the forecast closer to the day.

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our ring bearer and flower girl.
