Question
How will we communicate at the resort?
Answer
You may need an international plan to have cell service at the resort. To accommodate anyone who won't have service, and to keep all our wedding-related communications in one place, we set up a discord server for the weekend. We'll post any announcements, and the schedule for the weekend here. You can also use this to make plans with the bride and groom or other guests, and share your photos from the weekend (we'd love to see them!). Join the discord here: https://discord.gg/DFuEhxwTNp

Do I need a passport?
Answer
Yes! You will need a valid passport to travel to Mexico. Make sure to check your passport's expiration date, and start the process for any renewals that are needed ASAP!

How do I get to the resort?
Answer
All guests should plan to arrive and depart from Cancun International Airport (CUN). Once your travel is booked, visit the Travel section of this website to provide your flight information to Bohemia Wedding Travel by December 18, 2025. We will arrange your transportation between the airport and the resort!

What should I know before going?
Answer
Paradisus is an all-inclusive resort, with many amenities for you to enjoy during your stay. All food and drink is included in the cost of your stay with the sole exception of the steak house, which is a la carte. Some restaurants require a reservation, which can be made online or at the front desk. It's recommended to bring cash for tipping – USD and Mexican pesos are both accepted! It is not recommended to drink the tap water in Mexico. Paradisus has a water filtration system, so ice and pitchers of water served at the restaurants or buffet are safe to drink. Bottled water will be provided in your room, and more can be requested from room service at any time.
