Flying In / Out

Palm Springs is around a 2 / 2.5 hour drive, depending on traffic / time of day, from LAX airport in downtown Los Angeles. Those travelling domestically may want to consider looking for flights directly into Palm Springs (PSP). We suggest flying in late afternoon / early evening on Friday, in order to attend our Welcome Party starting at 7pm!

Accommodations

We highly recommend booking group Airbnbs / VRBOs, if possible. Palm Springs (and the surrounding area) is know for it's fun, mid-century modern aesthetic and there are generally a lot of great homes available (almost always with a pool!), where you can truly live like a local. If you're looking to rather go down the hotel route, we have negotiated group rates (via Zola) at a number of nearby hotels. Click on the "View" button below to access the regularly refreshed, special offers. There are a number of nice, albeit pricey, 15 - 30 room boutique hotels in the general vicinity, as well as a handful of budget-friendly options. Note the nearby towns of Desert Hot Springs (good number of affordable hotels!), Cathedral City, and Rancho Mirage are options as well, if you cannot find what you're looking for in Palm Springs.
